Register a Piece
Register one purchased or gifted TÁWID™ item per submission for the Care & Repair Guarantee. The official registration form records the customer or gift recipient, purchase details, and item photo for TÁWID™ staff verification.
Prepare the customer or gift recipient’s name, purchase or gift details, any available order, receipt, product, or reference number, and a clear photo of the item. Registration is reviewed by the TÁWID™ team and remains subject to inspection and material availability.
What registration is for
- Identifying the original TÁWID piece and its owner
- Keeping purchase, gift, and service details together
- Supporting future repair assessment under the TÁWID Care & Repair Guarantee
Registration is not an order and does not automatically approve a repair. TÁWID offers repair support; it does not offer returns or exchanges.
Before you begin
Register one purchased or gifted TÁWID piece per submission. Have a clear photograph of the item and your preferred contact details ready. You can add a purchase date or receipt reference if you have one.
The official form opens in Google Forms. Registration helps our team identify your piece; covered repair services remain subject to verification, inspection, and the Care & Repair conditions.
